Method of Submission

All abstracts can be submitted only via the Online Abstract Submission Form.

Please note that all presenters (poster and oral) will be required to pay the full registration fee.

If the presenting author has not registered and has not completed the payment of the registration fee by April 7, 2021, the presentation will be withdrawn from the program.

Poster Presenters

Please, prepare your posters in A0 portrait size.

Posters will be on display throughout the meeting.

You will be informed after April 1, 2021 when you must hang and remove your poster.  If you will not receive any information until the end of April 2020, please contact us on pde2020@tataa.com.

Oral Presenters

Speaker presentation check-in opening times are:

May 29, 2020      09:00 – 16:30

Prior to the start of your talk, we would be grateful if you could check your uploaded presentation and meet with the Session Chairman.

The optimal format for presentations in PowerPoint is 4:3. The allocated time for a talk with discussion is 20 minutes.

The equipment for the presentation (PC, microphones and laser pointers) is provided. We ask that you upload your presentation onto the laptop in the conference room using a USB memory device at least 2 hours prior to your session start time.  We would recommend you check in your presentation during a refreshment break or as soon as speaker preview opens (if you are in the first session of the day). A technical assistant will be available in the conference room to assist with any IT or other issues arising.

Any of the presented talks won’t be recorded.

Publication of Abstracts

The authors of submitted abstracts agree with publication of their summary (without further reviewing) in the Book of Abstracts (online version) to be distributed to all participants at the conference.
