Registration Fees [EUR]*

Regular attendee: €300 

 Student/Postgraduate: €200 

Registration is required for all conference participants. All registrations should be sent online.

The invoice will be sent to you in a separate email with all payment instructions.

The registration fee includes unlimited access to the full three days of the conference, opportunities to interact with all presenters and the chance of presenting a poster. 

To submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation, please read the abstract submission guidelines. 

Company registration

A company registration allows you to attend the full conference with the same benefits as a regular attendee. You will be given full access to both presentations and live discussions. You will have the opportunity to chat with other conference attendees either in private or in public in our networking lounge. 

We offer our sponsors three different partnership categories. 

Gold partnership includes:

• Three free registrations for company personnel or guests
• Social media recognition on our LinkedIn event
• Two inserts in our virtual gift bags in the form of PDF brochures, links, images or videos
• Acknowledgement with logotype and link on our conference web page and on the virtual platform
• Acknowledgement as gold partner in all conference literature (abstract book and final programme)
• Full access to all of the conference presentations and the chance to partake in live discussions
• The opportunity to communicate with attendees both through private chats and in our public networking lounge
• A full attendee report in the end of the conference
• The opportunity to present a poster*

Furthermore, all sponsors can chose to add any of the following advertisment options during their registration for an additional fee: 

• A pop-up message in the virtual lobby – €150
• A rolling banner in the virtual lobby – €200
• Information section in the abstract book – €100
• Ad break video – €300
• Sponsor interview – €300

Confirmation

Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the conference organizer (TATAA Biocenter s.r.o.) upon receipt of the online registration. If the confirmation has not been received after 2 weeks of the application, please contact us via email at pde2020@tataa.com. The invoice will be sent to you in a separate email with further payment instructions.

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the conference organizer (TATAA Biocenter s.r.o.) in written form to pde2020@tataa.com. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

• 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 EUR) – in case of cancellation before April 31, 2021
• No refund – in case of cancellation, received after April 31, 2021

Payment will be made via Bank transfer only. Please indicate the invoice number as a variable symbol and the name of the participant(s).

International payments should be made in EUR. Payments by Czech participants should be made in CZK. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.

The organizers kindly ask the participants to provide accurate billing information! Upon any modification in data the conference organizer will charge 10 EUR for issuing the new bill.

*LAW ON VALUE ADDED TAX :
Registration fees are indicated in EUR, Czech participants will be invoiced in CZK.
Czech VAT at the standard rate (currently 21%) will be added to all Czech participants. Registration fees to the EU country and third countries will be invoiced without VAT.
